Terms & Conditions

Last updated: April 2026

Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before booking or using any service offered by Revive Beauty Wellness & Aesthetics (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking an appointment or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and applicable UK trading standards.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking with us — whether online, by telephone, by email, or in person — you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not book or use our services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version published on our website at the time of your booking will apply to that booking.

2. Services Description and Limitations

We offer the following cosmetic and aesthetic treatments:

  • Cosmetic Teeth Whitening
  • Fat Dissolving
  • Radio Frequency
  • Vacuum Therapy
  • Lipo Laser
  • Cavitation

Important — Cosmetic Treatments, Not Medical Treatments

All treatments provided by Revive Beauty Wellness & Aesthetics are cosmetic in nature and are not medical treatments. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease. Our practitioners are trained beauty and aesthetic professionals, not medical doctors, nurses, or regulated healthcare professionals. You should not substitute our treatments for medical advice or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any treatment at our discretion, including where we reasonably believe a treatment is unsuitable for a client based on their health status, disclosed contraindications, or other factors affecting safety.

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

3.1 Making a Booking

Bookings can be made online through our website, by telephone, or by email. A booking is confirmed when you receive a written or electronic confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

3.2 Cancellation by You

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You may cancel by:

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend without notice (“no-show”), may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion. Where a deposit has been paid, it may be forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.

3.3 Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative appointment or a full refund of any deposit paid. We are not liable for any other costs or losses arising from our cancellation.

3.4 Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to carry out your full treatment. In this case, we reserve the right to treat it as a short-notice cancellation or to offer a reduced treatment within the remaining time, at the same charge.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash and major debit/credit cards. Where a deposit is required at the time of booking, this will be communicated to you clearly before your booking is confirmed.

All prices are as quoted at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change prices with reasonable notice. Price changes will not apply to confirmed bookings where full payment or a deposit has already been received.

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a service we provide is not carried out with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a repeat performance or, if that is not possible, a price reduction or refund.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 Health Disclosures

It is your responsibility to disclose to us, prior to and at the time of your treatment, any relevant health conditions, medications, allergies, sensitivities, recent procedures, or other information that may affect your suitability for treatment. Failure to do so may result in treatment being refused or, in the worst case, adverse reactions for which we cannot be held liable.

5.2 Suitability for Treatment

You must not book or undergo a treatment if you know or suspect that you have a condition that contraindicates that treatment. We will conduct a consultation prior to treatment; however, the ultimate responsibility for disclosing relevant health information rests with you.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not provide treatments to individuals under the age of 18.

5.3 Pre- and Post-Treatment Care

You agree to follow any pre- and post-treatment care instructions provided by us. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect your results and your safety, and we cannot be held responsible for adverse outcomes arising from non-compliance.

6. Contraindications and Medical Disclaimer

Certain health conditions may make you unsuitable for one or more of our treatments. These contraindications include, but are not limited to:

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Active infections or open wounds in the treatment area
  • Pacemakers or metal implants (for certain treatments)
  • Blood clotting disorders or use of blood thinners
  • Active cancer or cancer treatment
  • Severe heart conditions
  • Uncontrolled diabetes
  • Epilepsy
  • Autoimmune conditions
  • Skin conditions or sensitivities in the treatment area

This list is not exhaustive. If you have any medical condition or take any prescription medication, you should consult your GP or a qualified healthcare provider before booking a treatment with us.

Our treatments are cosmetic, not medical. We make no medical claims about the efficacy of any treatment in diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing any disease or medical condition.

7. Results Disclaimer

Results from our treatments vary between individuals and depend on factors including — but not limited to — skin type, body composition, lifestyle, age, number of sessions, and adherence to aftercare advice. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

Any before-and-after photographs, testimonials, or case studies shared on our website or social media represent individual experiences and should not be taken as a guarantee of results for any other person.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with any service is limited to the amount paid by you for that specific service.

We are not liable for:

  • Any adverse reaction or outcome arising from your failure to disclose a relevant health condition or contraindication;
  • Any indirect, consequential, or special losses (including loss of earnings, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity);
  • Any loss or damage not reasonably foreseeable at the time of booking;
  • Any loss or damage caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (force majeure).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by law under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK legislation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is owned by or licensed to Revive Beauty Aesthetics & Wellness and is protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law (for example, personal use).

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable UK law.

If you are a consumer resident in the UK, you may also have access to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) schemes. We are happy to discuss any concerns informally before formal proceedings are considered.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be published on our website with the revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting existing bookings will be communicated to you directly.
